Can I pick the services I want?
Yes, you certainly can pick and choose the services that you want. You are the customer and you tell us what to do!
Do I get to pick the person looking after me?
Yes, if you do not like the match we made you can help us in finding a better employee match.
Are all your employees nurses?
Some are nurses, some are designated health professionals and some are trained caregivers. We match the employee's training to best fit your needs.
Are your employees trained?
Yes, most of our employees have specific training in a health discipline or have been trained internally through the HERITAGE HOME HEALTH CARE training program. Our employees are encouraged to continue their education and training throughout their employment with us.
What happens if my caregiver gets sick?
You have a choice of cancelling the appointment or allowing us to send a replacement caregiver.
Is HERITAGE HOME HEALTH CARE service only available in the home?
No, we can provide our services to you whether you live at home or a senior's complex or health care facility.
Can I change my caregiver if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we will change another caregiver for you.
What geographic areas do you serve?
Heritage Home Health Care serves the counties of Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William and cities of Alexandria, Annandale, Falls Church, Manassas, Reston and the surrounding cities.
Do you require a minimum hours per visit?
Yes, Heritage Home Health Care requires a minimum of 4 hrs per visit and 20hrs per week.
